pp00 Glossary: Every Term You'll See in the Lobby

From RTP and house edge to Asian Handicap and e-wallet rollover, this glossary covers the terms that show up across our slots, live tables, sportsbook and account pages. Whether you're reading a game description or reviewing your wallet balance, the definitions here are written for how these terms actually appear on pp00 — not textbook theory.

WHERE TERMS APPEAR

Four Term Families Across the Lobby

Each section of the platform uses its own vocabulary. Knowing which family a term belongs to helps you find it faster — in a game description, the sportsbook odds panel, your account dashboard or an active condition attached to a reward.

  • Game Mechanics

Terms like RTP, volatility, paylines and bonus rounds appear in individual game descriptions, usually shown when you tap the info icon inside a slot from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, JDB, Spadegaming or CQ9. These describe how a game pays, not what we promise.

  • Odds & Sportsbook

Asian Handicap, Over/Under, handicap line and match odds are shown live in the sportsbook panel. Figures update with market movement — what you see at the moment you place a wager is the figure that applies to that selection.

  • Wallet & Account

Terms like e-wallet, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, pending balance and transaction history live in your account dashboard after login. Any deposit or withdrawal record is shown there with its current status, not in lobby pages.

  • Promotion Conditions

Rollover, turnover requirement and wagering multiplier describe conditions attached to a reward. The current state of any active condition — how much has been met, how much remains — is shown inside your account dashboard, not on the main lobby screen.

CORE DEFINITIONS

Key Terms Every Player Should Know

These are the six terms that appear most often across our game lobby, and the ones most worth understanding before you pick a table or spin a reel for the first time.

What is RTP?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of total wagers a game returns over a very large number of rounds. A 96% RTP means the game is designed to return 96 units per 100 wagered across millions of spins. It describes the game's math model, not a session guarantee. RTP is shown only where the game provider exposes it in the game description.

What is house edge?

House edge is the mathematical advantage a game holds over players across all outcomes, expressed as a percentage. It is the flip side of RTP carries roughly a 4% house edge.

What is volatility?

Volatility describes how a slot pays out — high-volatility games pay less often but in larger amounts when they do hit; low-volatility games pay more frequently in smaller amounts. Medium volatility sits between both patterns. Game descriptions from studios like Pragmatic Play and CQ9 usually state the volatility level alongside RTP.

What is a wager or turnover requirement?

A wager or turnover requirement is the total amount you must bet before a reward balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 10x turnover on a certain amount means you complete that multiple in qualifying bets first. The real-time progress is tracked in your account dashboard after login.

What is a jackpot?

Jackpot is a game's top prize, awarded on rare combinations or triggered through a specific in-game mechanic. Progressive jackpots grow with each bet placed across qualifying rounds until one spin hits the trigger condition. Jackpot availability depends on the individual game title and provider — not every slot carries one.

What is a live dealer?

Live dealer refers to a real human host managing a table — dealing cards, spinning a wheel or running a game show — via live video stream. You place bets on-screen while watching the physical action in real time. pp00 carries live dealer tables across baccarat, roulette and other formats in the live casino section.

ODDS & ACCOUNT TERMS

Sportsbook, Payment and Account Vocabulary

These six terms sit across the sportsbook, wallet and account verification sections of the platform. They come up most often when you're funding your account or reviewing an active bet selection.

What is Asian Handicap?

Asian Handicap is a betting format that removes the draw outcome by giving one team a head start or deficit in goals before the match begins. It narrows the selection to two outcomes rather than three. Liga Super and English Premier League matches on the sportsbook commonly carry Asian Handicap lines alongside standard match odds.

What is Over/Under?

Over/Under is a bet type where you predict whether a measurable match statistic — most commonly total goals — will be higher or lower than a number set by the market. The line is shown directly beside the selection in the sportsbook. Football and badminton matches both carry Over/Under markets on pp00.

What is rollover?

Rollover is the total wager amount required before a reward-linked balance qualifies for withdrawal. It is expressed as a multiplier applied to the reward or deposit amount. Your remaining rollover amount updates automatically in the account dashboard each time a qualifying bet settles.

What is an e-wallet?

An e-wallet is a digital wallet that stores funds linked to a mobile number or app account rather than a traditional bank card. On pp00, the supported e-wallets for eligible Malaysia regions are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and Boost. Deposit and withdrawal steps for each are shown in the account cashier section.

What is KYC?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification process an account must complete to confirm the holder's details. It typically involves submitting identification documents through the account verification page. KYC status and required steps are shown inside your account profile after login.

What are play limits?

Play limits are account-level controls that set boundaries on deposit amounts, session activity or wager sizes within a chosen period. They are configured by the account holder through the account settings page. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions; the options shown in your account reflect what applies to your account type.

TERMS IN CONTEXT

How These Terms Show Up in Real Lobby Decisions

Understanding a term in isolation is one thing — seeing how it connects to an actual lobby screen or account action is more useful. When you open Proboscis Jungle Megaways from the slots section, the info panel shows its RTP and volatility rating directly. That volatility figure tells you whether to expect frequent small wins or longer dry runs between larger payouts — it shapes how you size your session.

  • RTP in the Game Panel

Open any slot from Pragmatic Play or CQ9 and tap the info icon before the reels spin. The RTP figure shown there is the game provider's published rate for that specific title — use it to compare games, not to predict a session result.

  • Asian Handicap on a Match

In the sportsbook, an Asian Handicap line like -0. 5 on the favourite means that team must win outright for your selection to pay. A draw does not count as a half-win here — the handicap removes it entirely. Liga Super fixtures carry these lines alongside European match markets.

  • e-Wallet Deposit Path

Selecting Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow in the cashier routes your deposit through those apps directly. The transaction reference appears in your account dashboard once the transfer confirms. Step-by-step instructions for each wallet are shown inside the cashier at the time of the transaction.

  • Rollover Tracker in Dashboard

After a reward activates on your account, a progress indicator in the dashboard shows total qualifying wagers completed against the rollover requirement. It updates after each settled bet. When the requirement is met, the balance status changes automatically — no support request is needed.

How Knowing the Terms Helps You Choose Better
WHY TERMS MATTER

How Knowing the Terms Helps You Choose Better

Game selection is easier when you know what the description is actually saying. A slot listed as high-volatility with a lower RTP plays very differently from a medium-volatility title at a higher rate — and understanding that difference before you start saves confusion mid-session.

USING FEATURES ON PP00

Questions About Using These Features on pp00

These questions are about how the features these terms describe actually work on the platform — distinct from the definitions themselves.

Where do I find the RTP for a specific slot on pp00?

Open the slot title in the lobby and tap the information or rules icon before starting a round. If the game provider publishes an RTP for that title, it appears in the game description panel. Not every title exposes this figure — it depends on what the studio supplies.

How do I deposit using Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow?

Go to the cashier section in your account after login and select your preferred wallet from the available deposit options. The cashier shows the steps specific to each method — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX each have a separate flow. Follow the instructions shown at that point.

How do I track my rollover progress?

Log in and open the account dashboard. Any active reward with a rollover condition shows a progress indicator there. The figure updates after each qualifying bet settles. The dashboard is the only place this tracking is shown — it does not appear in the lobby or game screen.

Where do I complete KYC verification on pp00?

Find the verification section inside your account profile after login. The page lists the documents required and the upload steps. Completion status is shown there once each step is reviewed. Specific requirements depend on your account type and the eligible region you registered from.

Can I use Boost alongside Touch 'n Go eWallet for deposits?

Boost is available as a deposit option for eligible Malaysia accounts alongside Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow. Open the cashier to see which methods are active for your account. Availability depends on local law and the eligible region associated with your account.

How do Asian Handicap selections settle compared to a standard match result?

An Asian Handicap selection settles based on the adjusted final score after the handicap is applied — the draw outcome is eliminated. A standard match result market has three outcomes including the draw. Both market types are shown side by side in the sportsbook for Liga Super and English Premier League fixtures.
